We stayed at this hotel for a week during a student trip. The location was perfect, close to the university and city center. Despite the sketchy area, the presence of police made us feel safe during the day. Our room had a comfortable bed and a small pullout, and we had the whole room to ourselves. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station, making it easy to travel around. It is also within walking distance to the city's attractions, allowing us to easily explore the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and spacious showers. The exterior of the building was quite dirty, which was a bit off-putting.
